These were too strong for me! The package says 100mg and there are 2 cookies in the pack, which would be 50mg each. I split them into 5 pieces and took only 1 piece, which was supposed to be 10mg. It took about 90 minutes to kick in but when it did, I couldn’t feel my hands or feet and that was followed by extreme dizziness and vomiting. The rating is based on the fact that it’s impossible to split these accurately to measure out a small dose. I think I’ll stick to gummies.
